Order Cancellation Policy
An order cannot be cancelled online.
Once you receive the purchased goods, they must be returned to a Maximed Pharmacy at your own cost. Please contact help@maximed.co.za for further assistance.
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order and the order has not yet been confirmed by Maximed Pharmacy as set out in the Online Orders section, please contact the Customer Service Centre on help@maximed.co.za immediately.
Maximed Pharmacy cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend or cancel your order in accordance with your instructions. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed by Maximed Pharmacy as set out in the Online Orders section.
You are, however, entitled to return the products in accordance with the Returns and Defective Items sections.
Delivery fees are non-refundable for cancelled orders or returned orders.
Maximed Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any purchase, partially or completely, with notice being given to you.
